Lead and oversee a global team assigned to our U.S. cross-border tax functionality Partner with our VP Tax Controllership and Domestic Director Tax Reporting to ensure the U.S. GAAP Tax and U.S. corporate income tax consequences, respectively, of any cross-border platforms are established/agreed at the outset and validated post-implementation. Develop and maintain a database of key U.S. tax attributes for our extensive population of controlled foreign corporations, streamlining data flow and facilitating proactive tax planning and tax risk assessments in such regard.
