Oversee all aspects of cash management and compliance, cash forecasting, monitor credit agreements, risk management, and insurance programs, and maintain internal controls. Continually assess the financial architecture of the organization, including long-term capitalization of the business, cost of funds and financial risks, opportunities and exposures. Plan and direct all treasury related processes and objectives. Lead other Administrative areas such as Purchasing and Facilities.
