This position has primary responsibility for the development of company through strategic transactions that include complex commercial arrangements, acquisitions and divestments. This responsibility will involve working closely with the CEO, CFO, EVP of Corporate Development, the remaining functional leaders of the business internally and key investment bankers and advisors externally. The incumbent will be required to operate in a position of full accountability for the assigned transactions and projects.
