Provide overall responsibility for the financial performance of the corporation, including mid-term financial and capital planning, annual operating budget, treasury and rating agency relationships, investment performance, asset/liability management, financial risk management, GAAP and JGAAP financial reporting, accounting and taxes, SOX leadership and coordination with the company's investor relations.
