Developing, implementing and managing Company claims strategy to maximize insurance recoveries and/or minimize corporate expense. Develop and manage company's overall claims strategy with respect to insured and self-insured claims. Act as corporate contact for company's captive operations with respect to claims filed with and managed by the captive. Partner with legal department to ensure all communication requirements of insurance contracts are met. Partner with Vice Presidents of Corporate Insurance and Risk to create a claims reporting structure which ensures information is shared.
