Comprehensively leads and directs all aspects of company's global accounting and corporate financial reporting responsibilities including finance/accounting shared services, corporate accounting, external SEC and related public company financial reporting. Oversees the global processes, resources and systems supporting the financial accounting and reporting requirements.
