This person will provide strategic leadership for the Global Internal Audit Department. This individual is responsible for assessing the adequacy of internal controls, assuring the reliability of the company's financial information and the integrity of underlying business systems, monitoring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and other such duties as described below in accordance with IIA Professional Standards.
