The Vice President, Shared Service Center (SSC) is responsible for the on-going management, improvement and strategic direction of the SSC team. Manage the customer relationships (Internal and External) and all functional aspects of the SSC organization including, but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Credit, Payroll, Tax Exempt Processing, Revenue and Cash Accounting and Rent and Occupancy. Also other functional groups that may be added in the future. Develop, negotiate, and finalize the service level agreements (SLAs) with the SSC's internal customers, where applicable.
