This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the treasury functions including bank relationship management, negotiation of credit lines, foreign exchange operations, cash management, cash and treasury operations, property/casualty insurance program, forecasting and close processes, borrowing and investing, and establishing overall department's policies and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
