Managing the Compliance monitoring system and implementing the firms Code of Professional Conduct. Management and update of firms policies and procedures including employee Securities Trading Policy. Designs and performs periodic compliance audits with assistance from firm's Internal Audit Department. Provide periodic self-assessment reports to the head of Compliance and to senior business line managers.
