Responsibilities for this position include overseeing the continuous improvement of underwriting quality to achieve profitable growth for the company; delivering a collaborative underwriting referral process to branch offices; overseeing quarterly quality review process and annual branch underwriting audits; supporting branch product development initiatives; assisting in training and developing underwriting staff; and providing other support to branches as needed including filings, technical training, coaching, and reporting.
