Company is seeking a Vice President for its Sponsor Finance team. The Sponsor Finance team provides Senior Debt (Revolving Line of Credit, First and Second Lien), Mezzanine Debt (Senior and Junior Subordinated Debt) and Equity to support leveraged buyouts by Private Equity groups and directly to companies. Responsibilities include: New Business Opportunities, Negotiating New Business, Due Diligence and Documentation, Portfolio Management.
