The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, conducting employee benefits and savings plus enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, employment verifications and organizing all employee activities and in-services. This position reports to the CEO.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration is required. Master’s degreepreferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting. At least 2 years must be in a management capacity.
Certification: Certification as PHR or SPHR highly preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
