An employer is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team in Somerset, NJ. This resource will be joining a team of recruiters who all specialize in separate lines of business. This person will specifically be recruiting for back end staff. The skillsets include: finance, marketing, operations and billing.
A majority of the day will be spent sourcing and screening candidates for the roles and utilizing resources to search the market. This person should have a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate recruiting and have exceptional customer service.
Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate recruiting
Knowledge of sourcing tools/resources like ATS, Boolean searches
Ability to multitask and work independetly
Experience recruiting on back office roles like finance, billing, marketing, operations
