Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
? Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
? Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
? Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs.
? Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
? Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships. 6+ years of prior recruiting experiencerequired
Must be able to demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities and have proven experience in a client facing recruitment environment.
