 MUST HAVE:

*  Minimum of 10 years*  experience related to the delivery of change management programs with strong understanding of OCM methodology and tools

*  Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience

*  Excellent business acumen and ability to understand organizational and cultural issues and challenges

*  Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

*  Executive presence with ability to establish and maintain credibility with senior leaders

*  Strong written and verbal communications skills

*  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

*  Must be a good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with and through others on project and client teams

*  Bachelor* s or associated degree

*  Advanced degree preferred

*  Strong MS Office skills *  MPP, Excel, PPT, Visio

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Manager is responsible for leading, planning and delivering adoption strategy and client transformation activities and deliverables. This is a key role in ensuring projects meet desired business outcomes through the effective application of Accelerated Adoption approach and methodology. The OCM Senior Manager will work directly with client business partners at all levels to support executives, project leaders and business stakeholders. Key skills include stakeholder management, executive presence, verbal and written communications, OCM learning, readiness and transformation planning and analysis.

*  Apply OCM change management principles and tools to drive accelerated adoption of client initiatives

*  Provide thought leadership, oversight and QA for change management and learning activities

*  Build and develop stakeholder and client relationships

*  Plan and lead engagement activities such as workshops, learning labs, and focus groups

*  Lead/conduct standard OCM activities such as OCM planning, impact assessments, leadership alignment,

*  Develop plans and mitigate risks and issues through communication, training or stakeholder engagement activities.

*  Lead/conduct learning efforts including strategy, design, plans, development and execution of learning programs

*  Leads teams of other OCM roles, and client

*  Develops OCM resources for future leadership roles

*  Partners with PMO in the project planning and integration of change management activities into the overall project plan

*  Contribute to OCM thought leadership
